What is the point of filling out all of that information on the portal before the visit, if I have to put it in again at the kiosk. The process is infuriating.
Friendly and professional staff. However, they are difficult to contact. I regularly have to wait over ONE HOUR just to speak to someone on the phone with a question. This needs to be addressed.
