Easily the best chiropractic care I've had. Seen the most improvement in decreased migraines and general stiffness since seeing Dr. Lo. If you're in Nashville/Brentwood area definitely give him a call!
My entire family loves Dr. Lo. He is incredibly professional and very charismatic. He seems to have a firm handle on human anatomy. He always leaves you with stretches or recommendations on how to continue keeping you body healthy on your own time. We would refer him to anyone!
I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Lo's knowledge and professionalism. I have been treated by Dr. Lo for almost 3 years now. I believe in his services and he has prepared me for my long runs aligning my ankle, and back in preparation for my marathon. Dr. Lo has always been the upmost professional and I strongly support his new business model for @home professionals or those on the go. Spine and Strength is much more than aligning your body. This business is there for advice on how to better the mind/body connection and Dr. Lo believes and lives this motto through and through.
