Amazing team here really cares about clients. I have been feeling great after learning how to properly lift, move, and exercise to strengthen instead of stressing my hips and lower back. Kudos to Jonathan and Fiona for teaching me the correct postures and adding in some fun ways to remember them. I still have the yellow balloon.

I highly recommend Spine & Sports, after finishing up yesterday with about 3&1/2 months of PT with John Burton, for a shoulder injury. Every time I came , I was met with kindness and patience. I received an interesting variety of range of motion and strength exercises. I felt encouraged & supported, which helped me stay motivated to return to the sports that I love!
Physical Therapists Dr. Greg House and John Burton are FABULOUS! I have had the great fortune of working with both of them on my back, hip, knee and neck. I feel the best I have felt in a long time. If you need excellent physical therapists, Dr. House or John Burton are the men for the job! Thank you both for helping me to recover and feel so good!
