I love a good thrill and live a fairly active lifestyle, enjoying mountain biking, snowboarding, and other outdoor sports. I get injured from time to time. Fortunately, any time I do get injured I go see Andrew Rosenberg for PT. Andrew is the best!! Provides great care and insights that help get me on my feet in no time!
The doctor and physical therapists are great. They really believe in healing without surgery and work really well with you to identify issues and work on improvement. My shoulder pain has improved greatly and I continue to do the exercises they gave me to keep it maintained.
I have been to Spine and Sports for three different injuries over the past ten years and each time I have had an *excellent* experience. The chiropractic and PT services combined are SO good for healing and the exercises they gave me for "homework" are just right for working into a busy schedule. They are friendly, always have an opening for an appointment, and their ability to explain and help me cope with pain was outstanding. I can't recommend the team here strongly enough!
