I arrived on time for my appt. The wait was not long at all initially or to see Dr. Palmer. Dr. Palmer took the time to review all objective findings and gave a honest opinion. She took the time in suggesting alternatives to surgery. This was the first time I had been seen by Dr. Palmer. I recommend her to anyone that has spine issues.

paid $15 copay for a 1 time consultation visit. verified with front office my insurance and copay. they called me two weeks later asking for more money threatening collections. i hate that type of medical billing.

Is very shitty customer service. I called them to schedule a new appointment.And they told me that I had to go get an mri. well.I reached out to the m r I company and they told me that the referring doctor has to put in an order and when I called this company back they refuse to put in an order because I have to go get the m r I first. For the last umpteen years whenever I've had to get an M.R.I I've always had to go to a Doctor and they have to order. this company refuses to do that way.Hence, they lost my business.And I wi... read more
