I purchased a spin class package at SpinCo Leslieville in September 2024 and only used one class before the studio abruptly shut down. Despite reaching out multiple times over several months, including directly to head office, I’ve received no refund and very little communication. They sold a class pack then closed and won't respond to emails or phone calls! what a scam!
Will they ever open again? Who knows! 😂
Spinco Leslieville stole almost $700 from me. After buying a large pack of classes they closed their doors over three months ago for “renovations” and have proceeded to completely stop answering emails or phone calls. Spinco as a larger corporation will also not reply to me.
