SPINCO Kingston is so amazing! I absolutely love the 6:30am classes. It's the best way to get up and start your day with some exercise and good vibes. There is no doubt you will leave feeling refreshed and I always look forward to my next spin!

I was surprised by how fun and challenging the classes can be. I go to them as a supplementary cardio to regular weightlifting, as cardio is usually not that fun, but these classes will get your heart rate going for sure. I particularly enjoyed the heavy resistance class I did.
I just finished 10 rides at Spinco Kingston and just LOVE it!! The energy is so positive and supportive, and the instructors are so encouraging! It is my new favourite hobby!
