Love every minute of each class!!! I really enjoy it, and I actually have fun doing it!!
I did my first ever spin class at SPINCO today with Kyla Smith! Not only was both her and all the other staff extremely friendly and inviting, but they were also very informative and made sure I was set up properly and comfortable. The class was really fun, challenging and great workout! I will be back! I am prepping for a bodybuilding competition and this is a great way to get my cardio in and have some fun with it!
