The spin classes here are so fun and challenging (in a good way)! The instructors are very motivating and positive and the theme classes are always so fun!

I love Spinco Kingston!! The staff are all so lovely. My favorite classes are the themed rides such as Taylor Swift rides, Broadway themes, and more! Such a fun way to get a workout in.
What a great place. The workout leaves you on empty but also energized. Never left after a class without a smile on my face. I'm not sure how they were able to bring on so many exceptional instructors and staff - they are amazing!
