LOVE spinco! Such a body-positive place with great instructors. The only thing is I wish there were more spots available for spinners throughout the school year. In the summer, you can get a class easily. Maybe another spinco in the West End? That would be a dream! Either way, I’ll keep on spinning!

If you’re in your 30s and used to rave but have started your wholesome life? SPINCO is probably for you. Very welcoming instructors and staff! Don’t be intimidated by all the students with a million rides. I would say it takes about 60 rides to actually feel like you might know what you’re doing. Only downfall is during the school year, bikes maybe harder to get than Taylor Swift tickets - the summer is much more reasonable to book. But don’t worry the waitlist is worth the wait! I love this place!! The sense of community here is unlike anywhere else I’ve been to. Even other Spincos do not come close. Bella and Jesse are my faves. Their energy, the music, the vibe is perfect every single time. I always have fun while continuing to be challenged every time.
