Probably the best allied health I've had hands down. Dr Mei was very insightful and detected multiple things I was not aware of using their onsite x-ray. I've had MRIs, x-rays and CT scans with many providers not picking up what she picked up within 5mins of looking at my x-ray. Don't waste your time going elsewhere, come see Dr Mei who will take care of all your chiropractic needs.
I had a great experience with Dr Mei, I originally came in to keep up maintenance on my back having moved to Townsville as an athlete, but I was carrying an ongoing knee injury that a sports doctor and MRI could not figure out but Dr Mei within ten seconds knew exactly what was wrong! Dr Ken was recommended to me by a colleague and each visit gives me more hope I’ll be pain free and living my best life. First chiropractor I’ve been to that takes images first to make sure he treats you safely and most effectively from the first visit. Dr Ken answers all questions I have with patience, support and lots of information. After seeing him for a few months my headaches have mostly stopped, my body is moving better and I have hope for a pain free future! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr Mei is amazing. Our newborn son was having issues while in the car and Dr Mei was able to assist us in making sure everything was aligned in his little body. She was very patient, calm and caring and she explained everything she was going to do before engaging in the action. Highly recommend Dr Mei and the practice!
