I was referred by my obgyn to Dr.Rush. Through out my pregnancy my body has been over producing the relaxant hormone. Due to the over production my body gets out of line very easy and I have a hard time doing simple daily tasks like walking. I have had recurring issues with various parts of my ailing body. An aching wrist, sore shoulder, neck pain, ankle stiffness--you name it and I've had it. I have a very physical job and I need all of my parts to function correctly so I can feel my best. Whenever I have any muscle or joint issues, I seek out Dr. Shirley. He's an expert at fixing it all! Dr. Shirley goes "outside the box" to figure out what's going on and I always feel better when I leave.
Dr Choate does a great job of fixing up my low back when I mess it up gardening and running. He listens to me and always seems to find the sore spots. I like that he does muscle work before adjusting me. The staff is always friendly and I love the massage therapists.
Dr. Shirley is amazing! I was suffering from ankle pain for the past few months due to a fall which happened while hiking. I thought I could just tough it out so I avoided going in to see anyone for it. I decided to take the plunge since my ankle wasn't improving on its own and came to see Dr. Shirley. He was very thorough and attentive in his exam. He was also personable and engaging (which is hard to find with doctors now a days!)
