Customer service sucks!!!!! No call back. They told me to come early, appointment was a 2pm, they don't open back from lunch until 2pm, doors are locked. So, why was I told to come early for paperwork. When I told the receptionist someone should have let me know not to come early if their doors are locked until 2pm.
