I would caution others about working here. The management style is extremely micromanaging, and employees’ work is constantly criticized for minor issues. Job expectations are unrealistic, with tasks being added constantly, and the pay does not reflect the workload. Staff were pressured to repeatedly call patients to book appointments, even after patients said no, and management would get upset regardless of how employees handled it.
