BEWARE WHAT YOU GET INTO!! I was in a car accident and went here for a few visits. The doctor and the female in accounting told me that Med Plus (whoever that was) would cover $5,000 in insurance coverage "NORMALLY". With normally being the key word. I found out my insurance company only covers $1,000. So guess who got stuck with a $2,500 bill in the mail. There were 2 office visits where they charged $600 per visit. They do a great job. Very personable. This is my third time here for PT. pain is already better.
Dr. Coleman and his excellent staff has relieved me of my neck and back pain. This is certainly the most professional and friendliest chiropractic clinic in Memphis.
The D.C. Coleman was a nice, caring, and professional Dr, The PT and MT were fairly friendly and provided assured services. I stopped going to this place because the front desk workers are very unprofessional. It is sad that a Dr. have to lose money and customers because of rude low life working at their front desks. I have live with pain in my lower back since I can remeber. I Have been in and out of back doctors for the last five years or so. Not one doctor has truly diagnosed the cause of my problem, until I met Dr. Jackson. He discovered that my right leg was about an inch and a half shorter than the other one causing my spine to become curved. If the other doctors would have discovered this years ago my back would never have gotten this bad. Dr. Jackson thanks for being so thorough!
