Called on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday (9 days later). Showed up early as I expected to complete new patient paperwork. When I arrived, I was directed from the front desk to another desk in the back. After waiting 10 minutes to talk to someone at that desk, I was told I didn't have an appointment was taken to the first desk I went to.
