This a dishonest business that will rip you off. The office manager will charge you $40 instead of your $20 co-pay, claiming it’s because you haven’t met your deductible. Then she won’t file with your insurance company. That results in you losing the $40 when your deductible is met. This happened twice. I had to call her 5 times to get half my money back. Don’t use this business. The manager is unethical.

I go in every week and Dr. Ledbetter does a really good job. I always look forward going every week. I’m thankful with everything he does and makes my back and neck feel so much better. The staff is friendly and it’s a good environment. I believe it deserves more than 5 stars

Always a great experience when I go see Dr. Ledbetter! He takes his time to listen and make sure you feel better than when you walked in. I appreciate him being thorough and using multiple modalities to address pain and other symptoms. Highly recommend!
