Toys at it's best and trendy
Worst customer service EVER! I am beyond disappointed with my experience with this company trying to replace a broken part of the my size paw patrol tower. Every representative has told me different things and even a supervisor denied telling the agent I spoke with that they could replace the entire tower even though the agent spoke to a supervisor first and she admitted she was the only supervisor on duty. She then said there was nothing to be done bc she didn't feel the broken piece "effected the functionality of the toy".... read more
