Wednesday evening the night before Thanksgiving I was in doing laundry a machine malfunction on me and left me with suds and water in my load didn't finish the wash cycle I had to start another washer I called them Wednesday night I called him Friday morning I called him Monday I called him Wednesday and I still have got no return from the manager to refund my money I don't know how they run their business like that I'm not going back there until I get my refund and I spent $60 a week in there I'm done I'm uptight and over it

BRING CASH!!! The card readers only work sometimes—that’s the convenience of doing laundry here. Other than that, it’s great! Also, to make it easier for people who don’t carry around a bucket of quarters, they have a “loyalty card” that costs $1, but when ALL OF THE CARD READERS ARE DECLINING EVERY CARD, it’s a waste of money—since you can’t even load that. So now I’m off to go get cash and come back to do my laundry! Thanks for making it hassle free...😡
