You’re paying for the convenience. Nice guy and all.
Not a good experience here.. bad customer service and try to give you wrong information. The counter told me that he is going to change the cable and give me a new one for 25 dollars.. end up they just make a adjustment with the old cable.. not honest at all.
Called every bike shop in the area and they had the best prices for the parts I needed. Gave me some great advice when I showed up too. Stand up folks!
Had a wonderful experience with the team at Spin City! They built my bike and took less than 24 hours to turn it around, I couldn’t believe it. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to get out on the road. Ken is a rockstar 🤘🏽 I can’t wait to go back for the bike care class in the winter!
