First thing’s first, we do not ride to monitors, numbers or stats.. Second, we pedal to the beat of the song and combine each stroke with upper body movement. Third and finally, We are women and men who come together to stand in our purpose, and we’re here to empower and encourage you on your journey to better physical and mental health.

Love this place, always a fun & energetic time. All instructors have their own style of riding and very motivating, a super friendly environment for those who want to try it out .
Absolutely love Cycle Circle! I've been coming since May/June. It was a love/hate relationship at first (spin is hard!), but I'm absolutely loving that feeling of crushing a session now! The instructors are so welcoming and supportive. They'll help you adjust your bike and give tips on riding. They also bring the energy which helps get through a workout! Going to Cycle Circle has become one of my favorite things to do. Each class and instructor are so fun and motivating. I've brought friends here and they also absolutely love it! I will always recommend this spot for spin classes :)
