I had a great experience renting from Antoine. Great people who care about their tenants. The property was in great condition when we moved in and any issue was quickly addressed. Rent from someone like this, not some huge company that sees you as a number..... Thanks again!!!!!
Renting with Spillman Properties was a fantastic experience. My fiance and I rented with them for two years and would still be renting with them had we not moved out of state. Antoine was amazing to work with for both move in and move out, and any maintenance requests were promptly resolved. The house we rented was well maintained, and we had almost no issues throughout the two years we rented. If we ever find ourselves moving back to Lexington, Spillman Properties will be the first call in our housing search.

I rented this property for almost 4 months. They were always available for anything we needed. If something needed repaired they were on it. It’s was very clean and spacious. I would recommend them and I definitely will rent from them again if I’m in Lexington KY.
