Spillman Properties is absolutely amazing! Antoine is the best person I’ve ever rented from—super professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about his tenants. Anytime I had a question or needed something, he and the team were right on it. Renting with Spillman Properties was a fantastic experience. My fiance and I rented with them for two years and would still be renting with them had we not moved out of state. Antoine was amazing to work with for both move in and move out, and any maintenance requests were promptly resolved. The house we rented was well maintained, and we had almost no issues throughout the two years we rented. If we ever find ourselves moving back to Lexington, Spillman Properties will be the first call in our housing search.
