I was very nervous and uneasy about getting my braces on. The staff, Dr. Spillers, Mrs. Nikki made all my visits special and I always looked forward to them. I'm thankful I had my braces and now I have an amazing smile.
When we first went in for our consultation my son didn't want braces at all. Dr. Spillers was great in explaining all the benefits of the braces & my son changed his mind & ended up getting them. Today he had his braces taken off & to my surprise he said he wanted them back on. I really couldn't believe that he said that. That just shows how great the Spillers team has been to us! We enjoyed all of our appointments & time with the staff at this office. We always had a great visit. We will miss them.
Every team member was very pleasant to talk to. Every detail was explained. Inmediate assistance was received when needed.
My daughter just got braces and an Herbst appliance. Everyone at this office is so pleasant to deal with. They explained to us step by step what they were doing and my daughter was not scared at all. Its only been about 2 months for us so far, but we have no complaints.
My kids first visit was awesome. Great customer service. High tech equipment 3D x-rays etc. Atmosphere is kid friendly. Can't wait until our next visit.
