I live and work nearby and have given it many chances, but they always fall short. I consistently have spent way too long waiting to place my order and to receive my coffee, and after waiting 25 minutes today, I think I may be done with Spiller Park. They seriously need to figure out their staffing issues. Having only two people work during a lunch rush is ridiculous.
Spiller Park is top tier! I went in hoping to order one of my favorite seasonal drinks, but it was no longer available. The barista recommended the Jasmine Coconut instead, and wow… it was absolutely heavenly. I’m so glad I trusted the recommendation. Great customer service, amazing coffee, and always a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
I really wanted to love this spot cause it’s a atl-based small business in midtown, but the staff is really disappointing. Basically ignore you instead of taking your order, bagels are so over toasted they’re hard to chew, and I’ve waited up to 20 minutes for a simple order when they’re not even busy. I hope they figure stuff out!
