We had a full re-roof done in 03'19 converting from typical asphalt shingles to Spilker's made-on-site standing seam aluminum roof. The materials used and installatiion methods (stainless fasteners for example) for this redo have been excellent. Spilkers' construction workmanship was outstanding. Why I'm posting this is even more important. While doing some other remodeling and in 03'26 we found some leaking taking place near a complex compound seam by our fireplace. Outstanding work, the roof looks great and is top of the line. The crew was courteous and clean and did a great job of cleaning up every evening before they left for the day. Our roof went up faster than other roofs in our neighborhood. These guys really know what they are doing! Being a licensed roofer, their estimate was spot on and there were no hidden fees or surprises at the end. Definitely recommend.
