Great company! Top notch materials and workmanship! Jonathan and the boys went above and beyond to provide my home with a new metal roof. Between my roofs needed repairs and making sure my home was always dry with the summer weather it was a great experience. Communication was very good! I have no less than 41 emails going back and forth coordinating my project to the last detail. I will recommend them to anyone in Brevard County looking for a new roof for their home.

I live in Viera and just replaced my 20 year old tile roof with a seamless metal roof by Spilker Roofing and it looks amazing. Jonathan (one of the owners) and his team are great. Communication was excellent from the estimate right on through to the final inspection. They showed up when they promised and worked very hard for two weeks in the extreme heat and frequent showers. I just had Johnny at Spilker replace my shingle roof with a new metal roof and it looks great. I got several quotes and Spilker was the best by a lot. Working with Johnny was a pleasure, when I would text or call he would get right back with me and he was on the job several times a day making sure everything was going right. Their trash container is on wheels not the type that slides down off of a truck and possibly damage your driveway and that is a plus.
