We have a power riser on the roof of my church (Satellite Beach Church of Christ), and the recent winds had pulled a guy wire (attached to the roof) loose. I called Spilker since they had done the roof insulation about 6 years ago, and they were able to come out that same day to do the repair!!! I had to replace roof to keep insurance policy. Checking with friends & neighbors, Spilker Roofing had nothing but high praise. Called and asked for an estimate. Promptly responded and came by at promised time to inspect and measure.Great price so we scheduled job. Called and offered to move me up on schedule due to another customer changing something. 19 years since Spilker Roofing put on our metal roof and it is still going strong. I saw the crew in our neighborhood and asked if they could just come out and check on us. Johnny responded right away, came by and did a roof inspection the same day, and gave us the reassurance we were looking for. Very thankful for this friendly, professional, family owned business. Spilker Roofing installed metal roof on our dock. Very pleased with workmanship and attention to detail. Crew worked hard and finished the job in one day. Owner was on site three times during day to inspect work. Quality and local company. Highly recommend.
Spilker roofing did an Amazing job! Our metal roof looks Beautiful! We were very impressed with what a well oiled machine they were. They were thorough and efficient. The price was fair, and John came each day to inspect the work being done. They kept us updated daily and showed us pictures of two areas that needed wood repair. Their team was courteous and hard working and cleaned up every day before leaving. I highly recommend Spilker roofing!!
