Took my ford fusion recently! Service took two months just to turn in my vehicle not working! Overpriced labor hours of them just stealing. Paul is horrible at attending clients and was being disrespectful to me at that fact that they did wrong he kept protecting his mechanics. Never will go buy with them wasted my time and money. Had to get a tow truck to take out my car from there! Will be buying my raptor R somewhere else!
LITERALLY THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE VALLEY! I came in with the intention of looking at my options in getting a new or used vehicle, and my husband had spoken to the sales manager and had gotten a down payment voucher and after looking at 1 VEHICLE, which believe me was beautiful, the sales associate we were passed off to took our info left came back left came back again and then said that we needed to give a down payment in the thousands and every time i asked if he had accounted for the voucher i was approved for($2500) h... read more
Dropped my truck off at service since last Monday. Called Thursday,Friday and Saturday to speak with the Dana she is in charge of keeping me informed she was never available...left message and she never returned the call. Just called today and they said she was in a call. One week and I have no status on my truck.
You schedule an appointment for oil change and they still make you wait 1hr .There restroom are dirty .
This review is for Spikes Ford Service Dept—2021 Bronco Sport was having power issues. Vehicle shut off and could not get started so was towed in. Had stopped by and set up an appointment on Saturday due to getting error message about power. My appt was set up for Tuesday. Vehicle was looked at on the day of my appointment and was told, since my Extended Warranty had expired by 300 miles I'd have to pay out of pocket and pay $215 for diagnostic.
