The worst service ever at Spikes Ford Service Department. Our service advisor, PETE MUNGUIA, provided terrible communication throughout the entire process.Our truck was in the shop for 3 weeks, and Pete never once called to give us a status update. My husband called multiple times to check on the truck, but Pete was never available and never returned our calls. They have have had my explorer st for over 4 months first time they ignored it had a recall, which i explicitly mentioned several times, supposedly it just needed an oil change they said they had test driven it to make sure it was fixed but as soon as i got out of there my vehicle stopped again in the middle of an intersection so i had to get it towed back . Even though I didn't end up buying a vehicle from this dealership, I wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to Ago, the sales guy. He was hand's down one of the best car salespeople I've ever met, absolutely zero pressure, super professional, and genuinely helpful. Ago just flat out rocked!
Terrible experience at Spikes Ford’s service department. They’ve had my claim open since mid-September and still haven’t resolved anything. My warranty claim sat there for days with no updates, and every time I called, I got a different excuse. The staff never got back to me, and the issue was never fixed. This is the second vehicle I take and the exact same thing happened. It appears that they do not submit the claims to Ford for warranty work.
