Dianna was a great help when I had my Escape worked on, but this time when I needed the Escape serviced I thought it might be a good time to upgrade the Escape to a newer model, I asked the girls at Quick lube if I could get a ride to the used car office and they called and someone said they would be coming right over. I have dealt with many dealerships in my life. This is by far the worst customer service dealership ever! It takes approximately 4 calls to be able to speak with a service advisor. The lady that answers the calls just says let me transfer you to service and nobody ever picks up. Calls go to answer device and ofcourse they will not call u back. Our sales representative, Carlos, was extremely attentive and professional, ensuring the transaction proceeded very smoothly.
If you need maintenance done on your car, stay away. I have never seen a service department just flat out tell you it's going to take another 2 weeks after having the vehicle for a week and a half. Nothing was done and told it's not a priority. Waiting list has 30+ people for a loaner vehicle. Basically was told suck it up buttercup. Literally was the attitude of the service department. Let your conscience be your guide.
