Do not got to spikes ford in Mission pre owned! The service is horrible they sell you trash and they literally steal from you. I purchased a BMW it was defective got my car back they gave me my plates didn’t bother to put them on kept the screws to the license plate. Put the same car back on the parking lot didn’t even send it to get fixed. I left my pair of sunglasses that are expensive on the visor I came back no one ever saw them so they stole my glasses. I had a terrible experience with Spikes Ford in Mission, Texas. They completely took advantage of my best friend during the vehicle buying process. She was unfamiliar with how dealerships work, and instead of helping her through it, they used that as an opportunity to mislead and upsell her. Even after she told them not to run her credit more than once, they went ahead and ran it multiple times.
