This place is the worst when it comes to customer service and knowing how to sell a Ford product. Stay away from this place and go to a place that can value your business.
I really didn’t want to do this, but I truly don’t know where to go from here. This service department has to be worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. On 8/3/25, my vehicle stopped working and was delivered to spikes ford by a tow truck. I’ve had the most awful service from Spikes Ford. They provided pick up and delivery which was great. But they picked it up on a Monday morning with the promise. It would be done by Tuesday afternoon. I called Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday and they hadn’t even looked at it by Friday. Then it took them another five days to get it done. My review is on service, not sales, not Quick Lane Note: I have a 2021 F150 and 2023 Bronco that I purchased at Spikes. Took my F150 yesterday (7/21) for a recall on an intake valve. I got to my appointment by 9 am. I was assisted by Lane. He told me that it might be a couple of hours so I called my wife and she came from Rio Grande City to pick me up.
