Previously I had purchased 3 pair of athletic shoes from Spikes and was pleased. Early in the spring of this year, I️ purchased an expensive pair of Brooks running shoes. Had not worn them very long and seldom wore when I️ noticed the foam on the top of the shoe was getting holes in it. I️ returned to you and was basically told “sorry.” “Take a lighter and hold up against that area and-it will stop the tearing.” On a $150 pair of shoes only worn about 10 times????? I’m done with Spikes! Don’t trust them!
They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They do not rush you, and spend considerable time and attention to ensuring that you are getting exactly what you are looking for. They have a good selection of top brand-name shoes.
Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago. Every time I call it's "no not in yet" -- I use to be a fan of supporting local business. With their crappy customer service amazon is a better bet!!!! Don't buy here.
I love Spike's! I've gotten two pair of running shoes, a pair of cross trainers and recently a pair of running shoes for my 8 year old son. Their knowledge is unsurpassed and well worth every penny! Thanks for all you do to make sure our feet are taken care of!
