The guys that did the detail were really friendly. But they originally told me it would take 1.5 hours for the standard spiffy wash. They up charged me $64 for pet hair removal. They told me this gives them additional time. The detail wasn’t that great and they were finished in an hour.. I messaged them and asked why, they said because they sent two techs to clean the car due to the pet hair removal… but they didn’t know about the pet hair before they sent two techs to clean it.
