Yea don't come here unless you wanna get scammed. washed my floor mats for 3 mins told me it costed $9 when I was finished turns out they chared me the $20 max 3x. And I made sure the machine was stopped and it told me the ending transaction. Horrible
Felt really harassed. I went to clean my work van today. Used the pressure washer & spend around $10 then started to clean out my van. (I brought my own vacuum because theirs do not preform well at all) I took all the garbage out then started to vacuum. I was there for maybe 10 minutes total when a male employee came up to me & stated that I needed to be quick because there was a line up. Very expensive and when you press the buttons to change the mode it takes like 30 seconds to register the change. Multiple times walked away to keep cleaning and it hadn't even changed but the button lights have. Or I've run out of time, put more money in and walked away, but you have to hit the button again. Huge waste of time and money, very frustrating. All I did was a rinse, a high pressure soap and another rinse. total AT FIRST was around $12 in change, but I ran out and had to use my credit card to finish rinsing. The ... read more
I haven’t really been back sense they had their fire as i found a new car wash to use instead. I happen to stop at spiffy today to wash my truck, and there was an issue with the card reader at the wash station. The assistant manager Merick gave me a hand and told me what was going on, and also gave me a free wash. Hands down the best customer service i’ve had in a long time, which seems to be tough to find now adays. Those actions just brought back a regular customer with 2 vehicles. Good customer service can go a long way
