Thank you, thank you, thank you. We were in town and my sons braces broke. Dr. S was so nice to fit us in. She was really nice and comforting and helped relax my son. Thank you again.
Dr. Spielberg and her staff did an amazing job of explaining every step of the process before and during my treatments. I was very pleased with the progress and final results of my teeth, and with the post treatment practices of using my retainers, I have had little to no movement of my teeth since the braces came off. I would recommend Dr. Spielberg to my friends, and their children to get the best result for their time and money. Thanks!!!
I do not recommend them to anyone. They did things without telling me what was happening first. One time they put a file between my top two front teeth and when I asked why they said they were fixing a problem I mentioned. However, I did not mention a problem, I had simply asked a question about my teeth. Overall, it was a traumatizing experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. After I got my retainers I did not go back because I had bad memories. I also would not recommend getting a permanent bottom retainer since... read more
I agree with the positive comments. Great Dentist, nice facility, etc. I’ve knocked off two stars because the office does not do appointment reminders and the business appointment hours, in my experience, are not accommodating to high school kids or working parents. What time would you have to leave work to sign your kid out of school to make a “latest available” 2:00 appointment? How much time from school in the morning would your child miss to make a “first available” 9:00 appointment when school starts at 7:15? Just thing... read more
