Dr. Speigel hit my dog in his face with a wood paddle hairbrush. He was trying to brush my dog on his back leg and my dog growled at him. He screamed at my dog, held him down on the floor by his shoulders and then hit him in the face HARD with the hairbrush. My dog came staggering out of the room dazed and terrified and tried to walk to the door to escape.
