I purchased multiple products from this business and have had no problems. I consider them outstanding in the service industry .
They installed 13 high-definition cameras at our condo with a three year warranty. Some of them began acting up after a few months, but our building manager was having difficulty getting the company on the phone. After posting a negative 1 star review here on Google about them not returning calls or honoring their warranty, they came out and fixed our issues. So the review has been edited accordingly.
