I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the services provided by a mechanic who has not only rendered my car undrivable but also displayed an alarming lack of professionalism and accountability throughout the process. A big Thank you, to Spider’s Automotive . He replied quickly. I had called many mechanics, and they would not even look at my Mitsubishi, but Spider’s Automotive did,, and diagnosed it quickly. He had it fixed the next day. He will be my mechanic, from now on. I would recommend him, to anyone needing mechanic work. He is an amazing mechanic, but also , a great overall person. .

I’ve had the pleasure of using Spider’s automotive service on three different vehicles, and I’m already planning to entrust a fourth vehicle to him. One aspect that stands out to me is his mobility. The fact that he can come to a location of my choice is incredibly convenient. Moreover, Spider’s approach to explaining the issues with my vehicles is truly commendable.
