I can say this mechanic try’s to figure out the problems on your vehicle but he will also take his time and waist the customers time and if he can’t get the problem solve he will try to up charge you to attempt to move on to a next step to get your vehicle situated, he won’t figure out or test multiple things at once to get the job done he will only get the job done if he thinks your paying good and if you need parts you better have it because he won’t , I gotta say he’s a cool guy and friendly but nobody cares about that sh... read more
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the services provided by a mechanic who has not only rendered my car undrivable but also displayed an alarming lack of professionalism and accountability throughout the process. A big Thank you, to Spider’s Automotive . He replied quickly. I had called many mechanics, and they would not even look at my Mitsubishi, but Spider’s Automotive did,, and diagnosed it quickly. He had it fixed the next day. He will be my mechanic, from now on. I would recommend him, to anyone needing mechanic work. He is an amazing mechanic, but also , a great overall person. .
