Been using Arrow (Spiderman) since we bought our house in 2016. They’ve always done a great job. Highly recommend!
These reviews are for Spiderman Pest Control, NOT Arrow Exterminators, who bought out Spiderman around the end of 2024. I had years of great service from Spiderman, but when it changed over to Arrow all of that great service went away. So much for the local family owned company with excellent customer service! Arrow Exterminators is just another large corporation that only cares about taking your money, not providing service. They cost a little money but they do what they say. And know the telltale signs of the problem. If ur looking for spiffy uniforms who charge the beekeepers out of u these r not ur guys.
