Quite a frustrating experience. Not only could I never get anyone to answer the phone, but when we were eventually booked for this service and received multiple apt confirmations via txt and email, prepared our house (pets included) - day of, they never showed up. When I called, I was told that they cancelled my apt and rescheduled it for a week later without even notifying me. I know errors happen and yes they could have cancelled my apt by mistake instead of someone else's, but I never received communication of my apt bein... read more

Ive had Spider two times. Both times I was unsatisfied with their work. Roto static did a much better job and for equal money! One might be an oversight but twice is not. Time and care is not their priority. They did not return my call.

I was very please with the duct cleaning service. Younis is a lovely service minded individual. He was polite, keen to do an excellent job, wore slip.on boots to protect the floors, showed video of the before and after results of the cleaning the ducts. Id highly recommend this service.
