I really like Jade and her food, and have ordered from her periodically over the past few years. Unfortunately, most recently, she double charged me in excess of $200 and although she acknowledged the error, she would not provide a refund. The order was also wrong, and there was no offer to correct it. After multiple attempts to communicate with no response, I gave up. Very disappointing.
On Mon, Dec 12, 2022, I purchased the Monday-Friday Meal plan with an expected delivery later that week. Upon my confirmation, I was told that there was an issue with the delivery date and that my order was to be postponed until the following week due to heavy rain conditions... Later that week I was told again via email by Jade the owner that my delivery would again be postponed due to bad food delivery.
