The service was really nice. The servers are amazing! The atmosphere was also really nice too. So, I didn't know that spicy city was a chain. But, the one in SD is a lot better. We ordered cold dish of pork neck, gizzard and black fungus. Pork neck and gizzard could use more chili and flavor. Black fungus was great! Then we got fried intestine.
