it’s a decent place just wish that for all this money we pay for rent we would atleast have fans installed.
Ikia was a big help and made my move in stress free Her and the rest of the staff were all very helpful and friendly
Personally Ikia was a great help. I don’t think my move would have happened without her. She did not rush the process nor pressure me. All decisions were up to me. Shout out to her and contact Ikia for a more than great experience.
DON’T move in here!! The ladies in the leasing office are a joke they don’t help at all with simple things. If you have a maintenance problem they take forever to get back to you unless you’re constantly calling/emailing them! My toilet in my master bedroom was out for almost a month because maintenance would not look at it and said that I need to get a plumber to fix it because every time I used it it overflowed and leaked. Same thing with my washer the pipes were backed up and it took a long time for them to actually come ... read more
