Even though I did not have an appointment, they took my cat in for a checkup since he was having digestive issues. They were very kind, attentive, and understanding.
It was 30+ min after my scheduled appointment time before the vet finally came in on a not busy mid afternoon visit. This is a huge waste of my time, and unnecessarily stressed out my cat for so long who unhappily huddled in her carrier in the exam room. The vet was super quick and left before asking if I had any questions, explaining any side effects, or expected recovery times. Such a caring knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond expectations. My 17 year old cat, Sleater gets very anxious leaving the house to go to the vet. Yet there is an understanding and safe space is held by everyone who works there. A couple other notes that make this place so special is in the details-it’s always clean, cute decorations, even treats for a cat/kitten’s human. This is the only place I trust to bring Sleater to and am very grateful. Thank you
Everyone was very personable and friendly and I felt like the veterinarian really knew what she was doing. My premature kitten needs specialty care and he got it! We will definitely be coming back!
