This company solicited us, offering to replace all of our supplies manufacturers. They said that freight was free on orders over $600. Sounds great. We moved our business over. Freight is, in fact, never free. We were submitting orders blindly without the ability to approve invoices so on our first shipment out of state, freight added nearly 50% to the bill.
