If you book a room here, MAKE SURE THE POOL IS ACTUALLY OPEN. I booked a POOLSIDE room at this hotel for NYE. Called the hotel to register my pet and while we were on the phone (after I had already booked) found out their pool was closed. They refused to refund my stay. Their website still showed the pool was open. I booked a poolside room and was not informed the pool was closed. Who books a poolside room if the pool is not in working order..... Unacceptable rude staff. Not accommodating at all. Broken ice maker. Nice pool area, but only for people staying at the hotel. No visitors can use the pool. Warning signs everywhere about all the things you are not allowed to do, or "aloud" to do according to some signs there. Will never return or recommend.
Awful experience. Here is what you can expect if you attend here- stalking by security and horrible customer service. They forced my sister to upgrade a room because they had 3 young kids (one of them is 4 month old). They absolutely will nickel and dime you here. Better off finding another place to stay.
Everything was better than expected!!!
