Lesa and staff make you feel like family. You are greeted and helped as soon as you walk in. If you want to browse or need help with a purchase or a gift, suggestions are offered without any pressure. I sent my husband in to potentially sell a ring that I had, the ring itself had 9 diamonds, one large one and eight small ones, I was originally unaware that all the diamonds were real. The women serving my husband took the ring out back and did something with it and came back to only offered him gold value of 120$. Which I don't have an issue with, but she also told him the stones had NO value and that it's only worth "300" online. Their website site says they buy gold and STONES. I have a beautiful Bulova watch which needed a new band and for some reason, the pins would not hold the band on. I went to my original jeweller who could not help but recommended I go to Spicer. I was greeted immediately at the door, the young lady took my band and watch and said she would see what she could do. Less than 15 minutes later, she had found a pin. All the staff were very friendly and willing to assist.
