Spicer is a great place to talk all things jewelry and watchs. They are friendly and professional, so rare these days. Wendy is so knowledgeable and through that it reminds me of the good old days when service was king. I visited Spicer Cole yesterday for a bracelet repair and was very impressed with the warm welcome and attentiveness. It was fairly busy with staff assisting other customers and the owner graciously approached me to ensure I was promptly taken care of. A very positive experience!
