Spicer is a great place to talk all things jewelry and watchs. They are friendly and professional, so rare these days. I visited Spicer Cole yesterday for a bracelet repair and was very impressed with the warm welcome and attentiveness. It was fairly busy with staff assisting other customers and the owner graciously approached me to ensure I was promptly taken care of. A very positive experience!
The staff here are SO helpful! Very kind and thoughtful. They had our best interests at heart. They showed us beautiful items and offered great deals. We left very happy and will only deal with them. I have a beautiful Bulova watch which needed a new band and for some reason, the pins would not hold the band on. I went to my original jeweller who could not help but recommended I go to Spicer. I was greeted immediately at the door, the young lady took my band and watch and said she would see what she could do. Less than 15 minutes later, she had found a pin. All the staff were very friendly and willing to assist.
