Have an older gold bracelet with family significance that required repair to be wearable. Went into Spicer Cole's and was greeted by Stephen Cole who ask if he could assist and I explained the situation. He immediately said I can fix this and went right to work. It was repaired in minutes. While waiting the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable and respectful. We had the pleasure of meeting Stephen Cole today. He appraised several pieces of old jewellery and took the time to go over each and every one with us. We didn't become millionaires but Stephen made us feel like we were. It turned out, most was "fashion" jewellery. We had options and decided to donate them to Hospice which Stephen was kind enough to deliver. If we find any more "treasures", we'll certainly drop in again.
