I brought my chain in to get resized, and the staff were absolutely amazing! One of the ladies had me try on the length I wanted, and when I explained that I work in construction and that 21 inches was way too long for my size and could be a safety risk, she was super understanding. She actually suggested cutting the chain down and adding an O-ring so that if it ever did get caught on something at work, it would break away instead of potentially pulling on my neck.
