Installed a new watch battery and removed a link from the band. Work was done immediately. Beautiful store with friendly well informed staff. Top notch classy jewelers.
Stephen was amazing! He was very honest and kind in letting us know that the emeralds we had purchased at an auction were not nearly what was indicated on the appraisal certificates that came with them.
The staff are always helpful and they have great prices on items that are upsold at other jewelry stores. For example, I needed a silicone wedding band and every store I went to sold them for 39.99. After searching for months, I returned to Spicer Cole —where I got my gold wedding band— and bought a black silicone wedding band for thirteen dollars and change. Small things like this is why I highly recommend going to Spicer Cole.
Brought a sterling silver next to the store to see whether 3 medallions could be placed on the longer chain. It was done quickly and at no charge. I asked whether old jewellery can be remodelled and am setting up an appointment to discuss possibilities. Thank you!
