I wanted to order my third cork purse from Spicer Bags but didn't see the model that I wanted listed on their website. I called and spoke to Bonnie Gemmell, the owner. She told me that she keeps patterns of all of the purses and was more than willing to make one for me to my specifications and color and at the old price. Talk about fantastic customer service.
