I ordered cardamom. From their Amazon store. They sent me smoked paprika. They have a no return policy. I paid $37.99 for the cardamom. Paprika must cost around $13 for the same amount (a pound). I’m a single mom on a budget and would like some healthy alternatives to reach for in my home. I’m learning how to make chai tea and would share with my daughter. Good Spices, never had a cross contamination issue, I have bought over $400 in bulk spices from them in the past year for my catering and bakery business. As a celiac with multiple allergies and intolerance a reliable source is a must and spicely has fulfilled that well. Only issue is the customer service and the availability of product. If it is in stock get it even if you will not need it for months. They will run out of stuff for months at a time and not restock.
I am happy to know about these pure unadulterated spices. I will tell others. I can't wait to taste their spices.

I LOVE Spicely. The quality is fantastic! The aroma of the spices is outstanding and taste is so pure. I use them at home and my gluten free bakery.
I am so disappointed in the Spicely company right now. I have sent several emails requesting an address to where my products may be returned and also requesting a full refund. Although I ordered the products from the Spicely website they were fulfilled by Amazon and arrived in horrible condition; the boxes were dirty and torn and re-labeled. I would appreciate a response as to when I can expect a full refund and I would also appreciate the address so that I may return these items to Spicely.
