I’ve heard so many times that yoni stems before your cycle decrease cramps !! I was so hesitant at first because I suffer from severe cramps .. like literally be on bed rest on day 1 & 2! I’ve tried everything , every pain pill , heating pads , birth control you name it , ive tried it to stop cramps ! Did a steam with my fiancé and really enjoyed the experience. As a male I wasn’t sure what to expect or how I would benefit from a steam, but I can say that it was absolutely worth it. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Kim made us feel amazing, set the atmosphere and even had some adult beverages to help us relax. A good date night for those guys trying to impress their woman. 10/10 experience and will definitely do it again.
