Thankful this garlic is grown in CA! I just watched an episode of the new food series on Netflix called ROTTON. Episode number three has to do with the garlic industry. You should all be aware that most of the peeled garlic shipped in from China has been peeled by forced prison labor and due to such demand on the prisoners that most of them USE THIER TEETH to help peel off the root of the garlic. Fantastic garlic, I usually don't buy garlic in a sleeve, but it said the USA on it and most sleeve garlic I see in Orlando is produce of China and quality may not be good, I don't like the garlic from Mexico either for different reasons, but this stuff wow, I'm back in California again. Great garlic does not bite your taste buds and has an oily texture and weight, I'm a believer in your product and will stay with it.

Bought a jar of garlic cloves a week and 2 days ago. All of the cloves are moldy, the sell by date isn't even until 8/20/17

The garlic has no flavor and it's very Bland I made a pasta dish I put two whole cloves in and it tasted not garlic at all

I use a lot of garlic, but fresh bulbs always seemed to dry out before I could use them. I never liked the taste of jar garlic, but I found a great way to always have fresh tasting minced garlic without the addition of preservatives! I buy a 3 pound bag of Spice World peeled garlic cloves from Sam's Club. I put the cloves in my food processor (1 pound at a time) and process until it is minced consistency. I can fit one pound in a quart ZipLock freezer bag, squeeze out all the air, flatten it, and put the bags in the freezer.... read more
