I’ve been trying to place an order since 4:45. I called several times from 2 different numbers. Finally someone answers but then hangs up. You just lost me as a customer.

service wasn't bad but no one answers the phone and they never ever ever have any oxtails I've been there twice this week and just as always no oxtails
