Alexia is an amazing piercer! She is very patient and helps you choose the perfect piercing by showing you videos and giving great advice. During the piercing, she works carefully and makes sure you feel comfortable the whole time. Afterward, she explains clearly how to take care of your new piercing so it heals well. At the end, she even gives you a small bag with a cleaning spray and a paper that has all the aftercare instructions. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. I could not recommend this place more! I've had several piercings, and this was by far my best experience. Alexia was super knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She walked me though the entire process and made everything as easy as she could for me. I really enjoyed the one-on-one appointment, and she never made me feel rushed, so I had plenty of time to look through their huge selection of beautiful jewelry! I have gotten multiple piercings at this location (helix piercing and second and third lobe piercings), and all of my experiences have been fantastic! Alexia is kind and very knowledgable, and the shop is clean, comfortable-feeling and very well-stocked. I especially love the wide variety of jewelry available and that every piercing includes aftercare spray. I highly recommend going here!
