Horrible experience the receptionist doesn't know anything! She was rude as hell.I specifically took my money and left I want tolerate disrespect and rudeness when conducting business. If you don't wanna work there find another job!

My father was a tenant of an SPI Realty property since before it was even taken over by SPI and initially managed by Waddell. To say that there were some adjustments to the new management is an enormous understatement. Rodent problems, eroding steps and walkways, plumbing issues, heating/air, and major appliances needing to be serviced/replaced are all issues that SPI grossly ignored and failed to follow up on.
