They’re horrible to do business with! They WON’T work with their tenants at all!!!!! Find another rental company!!!
My father was a tenant of an SPI Realty property since before it was even taken over by SPI and initially managed by Waddell. To say that there were some adjustments to the new management is an enormous understatement. Rodent problems, eroding steps and walkways, plumbing issues, heating/air, and major appliances needing to be serviced/replaced are all issues that SPI grossly ignored and failed to follow up on. I went and filled out application for both my daughter and I..I called the next day she said I got denied due to my credit..all the while it was never taken down off the list while running a history on me and this was 3wks ago..The property is still listed for tent 2925 13th street Columbus ga..these ppl are rip offs..im not sure if its the secretary or the one who looks over the apps...I believe the secretary just pockets ppl money ...they are a SCAM...and its sad bc any other place takes 3-5 days..how they determine soo qu... read more
