These guys are one of the best HVAC companies in the cities. Steve Penny is one of the most knowledgeable and easy to work with HVAC contractors I have ever worked with. I have worked with a lot. In addition to my own properties, I've referred him to several clients as well, whom all sing their praises. These guys dissect city code and have earned the respect of many city inspectors as a result. I highly recommend.
Another genius company that doesn't monitor its drivers. Approached a Ford Transit van in the left lane driving significantly below the speed limit on the freeway. As I went around him in the right lane you could see the driver swinging his phone around like he's chatting away on speakerphone but looking at his phone too. Hands free law does not mean hold your phone while on speaker phone, it means stop holding your phone and drive!
