Sphinx Checks Cashed

Went in to cash a check. Man said my bank has a hold in the check. I spent 39 minutes on hold with my bank to find out there is no hold on the check. I went back In, relieved that it was a misunderstanding, and the man working yelled at me the second I walked back in “I told you I don’t cash out check! Get out of here!” It was confusing, rude, and unnecessary.

The are very nice I don't know why all those review had to be a reason they didn't attend those people but I've been here since 2011 cashing checks with no problem both cashiers are professional yes sometimes on phone but that's not a reason to yell and be rude to them I bet if you ask nicely they hang up phone lol.
