They make it impossible for you to speak to anyone with a complaint or issue on their service. Nowhere on the menu does it give the option to speak with anyone regarding anything pertaining to the nature of the service given or received. But I will say this I am homeless and I'm on blood thinners. I literally sleep outside on a bench but I do have a mailing address. I was shuned away from Spherion for giving correct and adequate information to try to finish the process and for what I can only assume is because I'm homeless. ... read more
